ANION LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL CO.,LTD ("we," "us," "our") is committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item(s) to return them for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at justin@ALCLED.COM to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Once you have received the RMA number, carefully pack the item(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

  3. Ship the return package to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are custom-made or personalized (including private model customizations for plant growth lighting) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or shows signs of use for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.

Defective or Damaged Goods
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos or a video of the defect or damage to assist us.
