All content on this site, including logos, text, graphics, and product designs, is the property of ANION LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL CO.,LTD and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

Product Information
We make every effort to display our products, including PANEL LIGHTS, T8 TUBES, INDUSTRIAL LIGHT BULBS, and HIGHBAYS, as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to modify product specifications, such as the stated 160-200LM/W efficiency, without prior notice.

OEM/ODM & Customization Services
For private model customization (e.g., plant growth lighting fixtures) and OEM/ODM cooperation, specific terms, including design ownership, minimum order quantities, and payment schedules, will be detailed in a separate, formal agreement. By agreeing to a custom project, you agree to be bound by the terms of that specific agreement in addition to these general terms.

User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Limitation of Liability
ANION LIGHTING AND ELECTRICAL CO.,LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the service or products.
